Refund policy

At HUM, we design products to improve your mornings, not complicate them. If your HUM Wake Band isn’t right for you, we’ll make returning it simple.

We offer a 100-day return window, so you have plenty of time to try HUM and see how it fits into your routine.

100-Day Returns

You can request a return within 100 days of receiving your order, even if you’ve used the product.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be returned in good condition

  • All original components must be included

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email us at support@humsleep.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A short note on why you’d like to return the item

We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Shipping & Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover the cost and make it right.

Inspection & Refunds

Once your return is received:

  • We’ll inspect the item within 5–7 days

  • You’ll be notified by email once your return is processed

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you’d prefer a different unit or replacement:

  • Contact us within the 100-day window

  • Once your return is approved, we’ll help you place a new order

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Include a photo of:

  • The item

  • The packaging

We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible with a replacement or refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We aim to process orders quickly, so cancellations aren’t always guaranteed.

If you need to make a change, email us at support@humsleep.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
